Contests

From time-to-time our site conducts contests, for which each website visitor may submit one entry. Participation in these contests is entirely voluntary. However, you must provide us with contact information in order to participate, so that we can notify the winners and award prizes. If UPN-18 has reason to believe that an entry form was submitted by a child under the age of 13, we will immediately send by U.S. Mail a written permission form to the legal guardian of that visitor. If UPN-18 does not receive the written permission form signed by the legal guardian before the published contest deadline, the entry form - and all related information -- will be deleted from the UPN-18 records.

If you are a winner, we may add that information to other personally identifiable information stored in our records.

Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Access to Personal Information

If your personally identifiable information (such as your address) changes, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.
