Nominate Southern Arizona’s Most Outstanding Volunteers

Nursefinders wants to make sure you know that it’s time to recognize Southern Arizona’s most outstanding volunteers.

This year the Volunteer Center of Southern Arizona will select winners in seven categories for the Volunteer of the Year Awards. Each will be honored at a breakfast in September plus receive a $1000 contribution to a non-profit of their choice as well as a beautiful etched crystal award.

The award categories are: Tucson Citizen of the Year; the JC Penny Youth Golden Rule Award; the Tucson Electric Power “Points of Light” Partnership Award; the Southwest Gas “Right From the Start for Children” Award; the Bruce Blake Award for a Volunteer Professional; the Silver Award for a Volunteer Board; and the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association Neighborhood Award
